Senior Fitness

Senior Fitness Class serves as one of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church’s outreach to others. It meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday of most weeks from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Most mornings about fifteen seniors come. About half from the parish family and about half from the community at large. Ages vary from about sixty five to eighty five. Pamela Taylor a skilled teacher of yoga and other fitness techniques leads the class. She does ask seniors who come to place a couple of dollars in a canister to pay her and to bring hand weights if they have any. The class feels great and humorous and welcomes all seniors.
